Shipping & Returns

We can ship to anywhere in Canada and in the United States! Orders over $99 are shipped for FREE in Canada, and free shipping is available on select packages going to the USA.

For orders under $99, we will provide an estimate of the shipping costs at the checkout.  These rates and transit times vary by the selected courier service.

Transit Times:

Most orders typically ship within 1-5 business days from the date of your order.  Orders ship from Ottawa, ON, and transit times vary by destination. Please see chart below with estimate of transit times to some of our popular destinations. Note that once your order has been picked, you will receive an email confirmation which contains your tracking information, along with an estimated date of delivery.

Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, this time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 6 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
